0x000000d1 and 0x0000001e even when idle

I'm getting both of these errors constantly. Everything used to work with my old Asus z77 MB and I'm on my second MSI z87 G45 since I returned the first one thinking that it was bad. Now I'm thinking it's the CPU since everything else worked fine on my Asus z77.

PSU = I have an Antec 850w.
RAM = G.Skill 12800 8-8-8-24. It's is in XMP and the command rate is 2T. Ran memtest overnight and it found no errors (after 4 passes).
CPU = 4670k
MB = MSI z87 g 46
SSD = Samsung 840 250GB. Wiped and reinstalled windows multiple times on 1st and 2nd z87 MB's.
GPU's = EVGA GTX 680 x2 in SLI
