**Description: (1.) Windows cannot load the extensible counter DLL rdyboost. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the Windows error code.

**Source: Microsoft-Windows-LoadPerf; Event ID: 3009;

(2) Installing the performance counter strings for service .NETFramework () failed. The first DWORD in the Data section contains the error code. etc.

Please help me in resolving them as they keep on occurring every time on system boot. I ran "lodctr /R" command but that too failed saying "unable to rebuild performance counter setting from system backup store. error code is 2". Don't know what setting has got changed or corrupt.
