I am currently using an Acer Aspire touch laptop with Windows 8.1. It has an intel core i3 processor with 1.8 ghz of memory and has hyperthreading, as well as the Intel HD Graphics 4000 card which has 2 GB of video memory if I am not mistaken. I am using 4 GB of ReadyBoost on an SD card and 4 GB of ram. The light gaming I am doing is sporadic and usually play with mid-low graphics quality. My games run perfectly well... until I get the low memory error and Windows 8.1 asks me to shut my game down.
According to the research I've made (I'm not a dumbass at computers either), this is a recurring problem with gamers. I've seen problems at places like the World of Warcraft forums where people with even better specs than mine have Windows 8.1 and have the exact same issue. My computer meets the minimum requirements for most of my games, so I wish to know if this is a known issue... which I'm sure it isn't since this is Microsoft we're talking about. My games are being frequently interrupted by YOUR terrible coding. It even happened with Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection- and that game isn't even that big nor memory consuming. What gives? When will there be an update for this issue?
