Automatic Repair Loop, unable to boot

I upgraded from Win 7 Ultimate to Win 8 Pro, It worked fine, but IE10 locked up, so the only way I found to get out was to press the power button For 4 secs. It turned off, when starting up again it got into the “Starting automatic repair , can't repair auto, shutdown or advance." Loop. I have tried every option, refresh PCM, reset PC, system restore (don't have a restore point) Command prompt, chkdsh C: /f / r. Starting up from installation DVD, going into repair, Install, but at a certain point it tries to boot From hdd and I get the loop again, is there a work around for this problem. I don't get any error codes or dumps, just info about a srttrail.txt file created. ¡¡¡¡HELP!!!!
