DPC Latency USBport.sys

Hello I been trying for months to fix my Audio and game stuttering and still not fixed it :( If I run LatencyMon 5 I see USBport.sys and my Sound card and USB headset give very high DPC latency.

Here a strange thing if I don't run LatencyMon I get stutter etc so I then run LatencyMon to monitor the issue and I dont get any stutter but I do get the reading 9ms driver reports etc

Here is a DPC_Interrupt Log would someone here be great enough to see if anything is wrong?

Asrock z68 extreme4 gen 3 latest bios and up to date drivers

8GB ram 1600mhz

850w PSU

XFX HD 7950 latest drivers

Asus xonar ds sound card

USB corsair vengeance 1500 Latest driver is Windows 7 new windows 8 driver due soon maybe the issue?

Logitech G500 latest driver

I am completely stuck on what I need to do to fix this? I can leave LatencyMon running has a Temp fix this stop the stutter but still reports the high latency.

How can a Monitoring program stop the stutter?
