Windows 8.1 BSOD BAD_POOL_CALLER

So to start off I did a windows update were it completely ruin my laptop to the point where it was stuck on a black screen I tried everything and not even safe mode work so I did a recovery option called refresh pc option. After everything was done I started to install my programs again then at night while surfing the web I got my first a blue screen. I ignored it first time but then I started getting it constantly so I decided to back up whatever refresh option left me with (Music, photos ect) and reformatted my hard drive thinking that would fix it. 4 days after installing and moving everything back I got another blue screen with the same error name. I have looked online, but everyone has a different cause so I decided to ask anyways then trying any of their solutions.
