ntoskrnl.exe and node.exe high cpu usage

Hi everyone,

I've been having problems with high cpu usage from ntoskrnl.exe (40-50%). Unfortunately, using windows performance analyzer shows it's not just one process running on high the whole time, but a bunch of different processes called "node.exe" that will cycle on and off continuously every second (see screenshot).

I've updated drivers and tried changing settings on bios, but can't figure out what is going on.
