Windows 8.1 (64-bit) Keeps Crashing

Hey, first time post. About a month ago I built my first computer and for the most parts it works. There has been instances however where my computer crashes with the blue screen of death. I have checked the forums for similar problems, and even tried a few of the solutions. I thought I solved the problem, but now my computer has started crashing again. 

Here are my specs. 

CPU
Intel Core i7-4790 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU Cooler
Thermaltake Gravity i2 31.3 CFM CPU Cooler

Motherboard
ASRock B85 Anniversary ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Memory
PNY XLR8 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage
Transcend SSD370 512GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Hitachi Deskstar 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

And a different 750GB Internal Hard Drive
